Owner of Sherry Sports, LLC and director of BearLax Club, Sherry is also the Head Lacrosse Coach at the University of California, Berkeley.  Sherry received MPSF Coach of the Year Honors in her first year as Head Coach after leading her team to a regular season 2nd place finish in the conference. Sherry, a former Princeton All-American who served as an assistant coach at Cal in 2007, was hired as the head coach in the summer of 2007. In addition to being named All-American as a player in 2002, 2003 and 2004, Sherry was a finalist for the Tewaaraton Award as the nation's top women's lacrosse player as a senior in 2004. She helped the Tigers to NCAA Championships in both 2002 and 2003 as well as the NCAA semifinals in 2001 and the final in 2004. The Tigers also captured Ivy League Championships in each of her four seasons at the school. A four-time All-Ivy League selection, she was the conference's Player of the Year in 2004. Sherry was also a four-year letterwinner for the Princeton women's soccer team, serving as a team captain and helping the program to three Ivy League Championships.

Julie Southard, formerly an assistant coach at La Salle University, joined the Cal and BearLax coaching staffs in August of 2007.  Southard spent two years at La Salle University, working as their top assistant and recruiting coordinator.  An All-Ivy League goalkeeper at Brown, Southard is now the Cal recruiting coordinator and works closely with the defense and goalkeepers on the field. Julia will spend much of the summer recruiting for Cal, but upon her return, will work with all BearLax goalies, and serve as a Head Coach of a team in the Fall.

Mary Beth Noel is a BearLax Club Head Coach who will be traveling and coaching with teams going to the East Coast this summer.  Formerly an Assistant Coach at Cal Berkeley for four years, MB is extremely active in NorCal women's lacrosse circles serving as Treasurer of the Northern California Women's Lacrosse Association. Noel also coached for the former Nor-CalElite lacrosse club.  Currently, Mary Beth is in her second year as the Head Lacrosse Coach at University High School after also working for a year at Positive Coaching Alliance as an Account Manager.  After graduating from The Agnes Irwin School  (Rosemont, PA) in 1995, MB captained the lacrosse and field hockey teams at William and Mary where she graduated with a degree in English in 1999. She was also an alternate member of the 1995 US U-19 team.  MB holds a Masters in Sports Management from USF.
